Job Family Summary:
• The job family of Site Digital Technology Leaders includes roles that define and deliver the site digital master plan in line with the site’s compelling business needs. They lead a multi-functional digital team at the site and partner with GBS service lines to deliver operational targets, compliance, and substantial value creation results.
Job Description:
• This role is responsible for driving all aspects of IT operations within the region/site, including governance and operational excellence. The Site Digital Technology Leader is an active member of the site leadership teams and leads regular digital portfolio reviews with key stakeholders. They also drive digital innovation and lead top critical projects at the site and any regional/global projects in the OU.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the data and digital master plan for plant and region working with multiple stakeholders. Responsible for defining and delivering the data and digital masterplan in partnership with multi-functional plant team. Lead the data and digital master plan execution drumbeat and communication reviews with key stakeholders, driving prioritization and breaking barriers to deliver key big bets and maximize value. Partner with Region GTM leadership team, Category IT leader, Q&A and GBS Service Lines, CF IT leaders, Corp PS Engineering leaders on the execution of the digital master plan, to deliver the region and plant targets, and to enable IWS pillar progression.
• Behave as a thought leader and critical input to the master plan to ensure outcomes are achieved.
• Active member of the plant leadership team and/or Regional GTM and IT LT.
• Responsible for budget and GBS/IT invoice annual process as part of FIRM.
• Anticipates & looks for future digital capabilities and innovation opportunities and works with Category/RBU leadership & GBS / IT service lines as needed to drive the work and break barriers.
• Ensure alignment to “Smart from the Start” strategy for site expansion projects, ensuring staffing of additional GBS, Digital and IT resources for the project and ongoing for the plant given the business expansion.
• Accountable for Business Continuity for Region Operations across all plants.
• Lead at least 1 Region or Category program, leveraging Digital Solutions, Data and AI
• Leading the diverse team of leaders across the plants in a Region
• Manager of Others with coaching/feedback as part of the frequent interactions. Responsible for the talent management processes and succession plans for the roles reporting to this role, as well as, responsible to ensure diversity in each plant slate to deliver E&I goals.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications (Expected):
• IT infrastructure and IT operations, to ensure business continuity.
• Leadership/stakeholder management- Work closely with senior leaders; PS GTM VP and plant managers.
• People management, able to manage diverse and geographically dispersed team.
• Experience in leading and managing projects/programs/portfolio management and financial management
Qualifications (Preferred):
• Data and Analytics foundational skills – Data Engineering basic skills, basic knowledge on how AI works. Willingness to quickly upskill in this area is ideal.
• Experience in working in highly matrix organization with great business acumen, with manufacturing or supply chain domain is a plus.
• Certifications: Agile DevOps, DAMA, Friends of Data Science, Network Management, etc.

Starting Pay / Salary Range
USA Salary Range:$139,400.00 – $188,300.00 / year
(Please note, Salary Range/Starting Pay is only applicable to US and Canada-based roles.)
