Customer Service and Supplychain Manager

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for the customer

Enter Orders into ERP system

Select and Arrange Shipping and Freight with Logistics providers

Tracking inventory movement, stock levels, and ensuring data integrity.

Developing and implementing strategies to minimize costs, reduce waste, and prevent stockouts.

Implementing and maintaining inventory control mechanisms and processes.

Set pickup and delivery appointments with warehouses and customers

Resolve issues that may arise on any shipments.

Identify any shipment, billing or follow-up issues to Management

Education and Experience

3 years transportation/customer service/operations experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree from higher learning institution preferred but not required

Two years of transportation/customer service/operations experience required

Qualifications

Demonstrates attention to detail

Demonstrates strong math aptitude

Identifies opportunities to increase accuracy and optimize resources

Strong aptitude for understanding and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources

Excellent negotiation skills to deal effectively with individuals and groups within and outside the organization

Strong user of Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Accurately inputs information into and retrieves from the computer

Quickly learns and achieves proficiency in new software applications as needed

Demonstrates ability to create complex formulas in MS Excel; create queries in company software applications

Self-motivated

Team-oriented. Consults with Team members and management as needed to complete assigned responsibilities

Works with minimal supervision

Maintains strict confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
