Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading hourly teams in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Traffic.
• Developing people and teams to achieve performance targets.
• Solving operational issues and motivating team members.
• Ensuring a safe working environment.
• Demonstrating leadership to coach and influence teams.
• Organizing and facilitating work team meetings.
• Using analytical skills for problem-solving and solution design.
• Supporting project management activities.
• Learning PepsiCo’s Operations framework across various functions.
About You:
Candidates should possess:
• A degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations/Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Organizational Leadership & Supervision, or Business Management.
• High motivation and self-starting ability.
• Proven leadership in academic or professional settings.
• Experience in an operations environment.
• Ability to work in unstructured, results-oriented environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective coaching, facilitation, and team-building skills.
• Flexibility for relocation and work schedules.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Indefinite right to work in the United States.
• Completion of the final year of undergraduate studies.
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected compensation range is $62,100 – $85,000.
