Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to assist and own the process of working with a third party to onboard a new subscription service. This role involves transitioning from manual entry to a system-based approach, handling extensive data loading, and ensuring the accuracy of insurance and metrics tracking. The ideal candidate will gather documents, set up carriers, accounts, and data, and use Excel extensively for data management. Additional responsibilities include handling administrative duties assigned by the management team and communicating with carriers via phone or email.

Responsibilities
• Assist and own the process of onboarding a new subscription service with a third party.
• Transition 200 carriers from manual entry to a system-based approach.
• Load and manage extensive data sets.
• Gather documents and criteria for system uploads.
• Coordinate the setup of carriers, accounts, and data for onboarding.
• Use Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, spreadsheets) to navigate large data groups.
• Monitor and ensure accuracy of insurance and metrics tracking.
• Handle administrative duties provided by the management team.
• Communicate with carriers via phone or email as needed.
• Regularly use Outlook for internal and external emails.
Essential Skills
• 4+ years of experience within supply chain
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, data analysis, and logistics.
• Computer proficiency, particularly in purchasing and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
• Energetic and adaptable to change.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This role operates in an office with a distribution center attached. The work schedule is from 7:00am to 4:00pm with a half-hour lunch break. Remote work is available on Mondays and Fridays, while on-site presence is required from Tuesday to Thursday. The office features a open style cubicle setup, a lunchroom, and fosters a family feel with potluck lunches. The team consists of 8 people
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 – $32.00/hr.
