Supply Chain Delivery Lead

Job Description
The Supply Chain Operations Lead will have the following responsibilities:
• Partner with procurement team and suppliers to ensure all sites have a steady flow of stock without overcapitalizing on materials.
• Lead new deployment projects by executing inventory transactions including movements and transfers, in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead deployment team.
• Anticipating stock demands based on current and future functions.
• Analyze inventory needs to meet increased or reduced demand.
• Analyze and Address material shortages.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to implement corrective actions related to stock-outs and other inventory exceptions.
• Understand, gather and validate required master material data updates.
• Analyze inventory across multiple sites and regions.
• Identify excess after deployment is done and reclassify the excess to other projects or spare use.
• Facilitate review and reclassification of material with cross-functional teams.
• Work to resolve any inventory discrepancy issues.
• Help automate tactical activities to improve efficiency and increase productivity.
Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in Supply Chain operations
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience managing a team of supply chain professionals
• Supply chain experience in hi-tech data center settings
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
