Your Role:
Key responsibilities are as follows:
• Assist the Supply Chain team in procurement processes.
• Analyze data and report on material and inventory health.
• Communicate with suppliers to prevent part shortages.
• Support Finance and Stockroom teams with invoice issues.
• Help buyers with purchase order preparation and supplier management.
• Execute open order reports and identify supply chain improvements.
About You:
The ideal candidate:
• Is currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Excels in data analysis and deriving insights for business improvement.
• Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Is proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in supply chain management.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools.
Compensation:
The position offers a pay rate of $25.00 per hour.
