Sales Representative Summary: A global biotech company is looking to bring on a new Supply Chain Manager. With over $49M in revenue, they are focused on innovative solutions for multiple markets, including agriculture, environmental, and health. This role involves managing material planning, production scheduling, and executing inventory goals. Key Responsibilities:Manage short- and long-term planning horizons to align production schedules with customer demand, ensuring production constraints are identified and addressedOversee weekly inventory counts, ensuring accurate stock levelMaintain and adjust the Rough-Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP), ensuring production efficiencyCollaborate with the supply chain team to provide insights on the short-term planning horizon (0-3 months) and align with the S&OP processDrive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on root cause analysis and enhancing process efficiencyManage 2 direct reports and maintain clear communication, coaching, and performance monitoring.
