Job Title: Entry Level Supply Chain Opportunity
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reserving and accurately maintaining master data records for assigned product categories within the ERP system. This role requires proficiency in working with large and complex sets of item data and utilizing mass upload tools to update material settings. The successful candidate will review audit reports to ensure data accuracy, fulfill daily tasks, and drive priorities while adapting according to business needs. Developing strong relationships and collaborating with internal business partners is essential, as is adhering to data governance and quickly resolving issues as they arise. The role also includes presenting during monthly report outs to leadership and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
• Reserve and maintain master data records for assigned product categories within the ERP system.
• Work with large and complex sets of item data.
• Utilize mass upload tools to update material settings.
• Review audit reports to ensure data accuracy.
• Fulfill daily tasks and drive priorities, adapting according to business needs.
• Develop strong relationships and collaborate with internal business partners (Engineering, Product Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance).
• Provide input on nonstandard requests and help resolve issues.
• Adhere to data governance.
• Quickly problem solve and resolve issues.
• Present during monthly report outs to leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
• Experience as a planner or in supply chain, purchasing, and logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and organizing pivot tables.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle (HUGE PLUS).
• Strong oral and written communication skills for presentations to Supply Chain, Marketing, and Engineering counterparts.
• 1+ years of experience in fields related to Supply Chain.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or Engineering strongly preferred.
Work Environment
The team works onsite on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with initial training onsite for approximately 2 weeks. The work involves collaboration with engineering and different supply chain teams. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.33 – $34.00/hr.
