**Title:** Demand Planning Manager

**Position Summary:**
Responsible for leading the demand planning function to ensure accurate and efficient forecasting of customer demand, supporting inventory, production, and sales objectives. This role requires analytical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking to optimize supply chain performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
**Essential Functions:**
– Create and maintain accurate demand forecasts
– Analyze historical data, market trends, and customer inputs
– Lead demand planning within the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) framework
– Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
– Monitor forecast performance and key metrics
– Provide actionable insights and recommendations
– Develop and distribute demand planning reports
– Continuously refine demand planning processes
– Implement best practices and new tools
– Train and mentor team members
– Partner with cross-functional teams for alignment
– Communicate effectively with senior management
– Manage demand planning systems and tools
– Lead implementation of software upgrades or new tools
**Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field
– At least 7 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain
– 2+ years in a leadership role
– Previous experience with demand planning tools
– Advanced skills in Excel, data visualization, and statistical forecasting methods
– Preferred Skills: APICS Certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent
**Physical Requirements:**
– Routine use of standard office equipment
– Computer usage for extended periods
– Minimal physical activity
– Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
