**Job Title:** Parts Distribution Manager

**Job Description:**
– Direct and coordinate day-to-day operations of parts distribution warehouse
– Ensure facility budget and SLA targets are met
– Drive maximum utilization of resources, including people, processes, and technology
– Oversee 60 employees, including supervisors, hourly associates, and contract labor
– Lead safety, quality, cost, and productivity goals
– Recommend distribution policies and programs for competitive positioning and profitability
– Prepare, maintain, and communicate operational goals and procedures
– Collaborate with leadership on long-term operational plans
– Monitor space utilization, optimization, and layout for efficiency
– Manage, coach, mentor, and develop staff to achieve objectives
– Participate in recruitment and onboarding process
– Work closely with HR to establish a productive work environment
– Initiate and coordinate major projects
– Establish new processes for efficiency and effectiveness
– Utilize lean methodology for process improvement
– Develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and productivity
– Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for operational performance
– Transform data into meaningful information for improvement
– Perform other duties as assigned

**Minimum Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree
– 4-6 years related experience with 2+ years of people leadership experience
– High energy level for process and performance improvement
– Strong attention to detail
– Effective team building and mentoring skills
– Strong communication skills
– Strong computer skills
– Lean manufacturing principles a plus
