**Job Title:** Plant Procurement Manager (PPM)

**Job Description:**
– Manage the relationship between the purchasing organization and the plant to achieve the plant’s purchasing objectives.
– Work alongside Procurement Sourcing Leads to enhance material productivity at the plant.
– Monitor negotiation actions and their outcomes.
– Support Procurement Sourcing Leads in managing technical and supplier change actions.
– Identify new strategies to enhance productivity.
– Ensure accuracy of forecasted savings and align with P&L reality.
– Collaborate with the monthly reconciliation committee for consistency in productivity forecasting.
– Assist in supplier management and performance evaluation.
– Participate in monthly Supplier Performance Meetings.
– Address quality and logistic risks from the supplier market.
– Keep Plant informed about significant supplier market changes and risks.
– Maintain Supplier Orientation Charts and share with the Plant.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent.
– 5+ years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing and Project Management.
– Strong supplier relationship management skills.
– Category expertise, financial acumen, and quality knowledge.
– Proficiency in MS Excel and Power-Point; SAP experience preferred.
– Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
– Understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
– Supply chain knowledge including cost analysis and inventory management.
